Channel slots are welded to structural columns or attached with fasteners using the two holes on the face for adjustable attachment of masonry to backup structures. They can also be used to replace dovetail anchor systems for concrete walls that were not cast with dovetail slots. Use with Channel Slot Anchors. The standard Ancon IHR will suit a 215mm high block. Other stem lengths are available on request, however, longer stems may be unable to accommodate a gap above 40mm. The sliding top section is provided with a slot (IHR-V) to suit M8 bolts.

Channel and tie system for connecting masonry cladding to steel stud framing through insulation board.
Features:
- Manufactured from corrosion-resistant Austenitic stainless steel.
- Channel is available in 2700 mm and 3000 mm lengths.
- Pre-punched holes are positioned at close centres to ensure a fixing position is located near an end, even when the channel is cut on site.
- Self-drilling screws fix through the channel and rigid board into the steel frame
- SD25 ties can be positioned at any point along the channel and are built into the masonry bed joints
- Tie lengths from 100 mm to 300 mm.
- CE' marked to BS EN 845-1 – see literature or CE Declaration for performance values/tie spacing.
